Delicious mixed mushrooms baked with herbs such as mint, parsley and ginger and echallots. They have a scented flavor that will catch your senses. It is a delicious option as a side dish or to eat alone. Try them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 600 grams white mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 10 cloves shallot, chopped
  • 1/3 cups peppermint, fresh chopped
  • 1/3 cups parsley, chopped fresh
  • salt
  • sesame seed, to decorate

Preparation

Preheats the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a small bowl mix sesame oil with garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Mix the mushrooms with this dressing.
Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and season with salt.
Bake the mushrooms for 30 minutes until well cooked and glazed.
In another baking dish place the echalots and seasonings with a little sesame oil and salt. Bake for 25 minutes.
Put the mushrooms and the echallots in a bowl and add the mint, parsley and sesame seeds. Mix and serve.

PRESENTATION

This dish can be served hot or cold.
