Ingredients

6 servings
  • 600 grams of white mushroom
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 spoonfuls of fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 10 cloves of shallot chopped
  • 1/3 of Cup of mint fresh chopped
  • 1/3 of Cup of parsley chopped fresh
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of sesame seed to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheats the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    In a small bowl mix sesame oil with garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Mix the mushrooms with this dressing.
    Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and season with salt.
    Bake the mushrooms for 30 minutes until well cooked and glazed.
    In another baking dish place the echalots and seasonings with a little sesame oil and salt. Bake for 25 minutes.
    Put the mushrooms and the echallots in a bowl and add the mint, parsley and sesame seeds. Mix and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    This dish can be served hot or cold.
