Preparation
Preheats the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a small bowl mix sesame oil with garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Mix the mushrooms with this dressing.
Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and season with salt.
Bake the mushrooms for 30 minutes until well cooked and glazed.
In another baking dish place the echalots and seasonings with a little sesame oil and salt. Bake for 25 minutes.
Put the mushrooms and the echallots in a bowl and add the mint, parsley and sesame seeds. Mix and serve.
