Ingredients

  • 1 cup black bean, Cooked
  • 1/2 bunches epazote
  • 1/2 cups beans soup
  • 1/2 kilos corn dough, nixtamalized
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

Add black beans, epazote and bean broth to the blender, blend until you get a thick puree. Remove from blender and reserve.
In a bowl add the corn dough, add coconut oil, salt and bean puree little by little to prevent the dough from losing consistency.
