Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Add the flour, oats, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Mix well so that the baking soda and salt are distributed evenly. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything.
With a soup spoon take a portion of the mixture and spread it into small slices in a baking tray previously greased. Arrange the edges to give cookies a better shape. Normally you get 12 cookies per tray, if you do not want 2 trays, freeze half of the mixture and bake them on another occasion.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookies start to take a little color. In this way we will obtain soft cookies. If you prefer them crispy, turn the cookies over and bake for three minutes or until the edges appear crispy.
