Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 1/2 cups broccoli flower
  • 1/2 cups hummus
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • enough olive oil

Preparation

Put the broccoli in a pan with a little olive oil and season with salt, lemon, pepper and garlic. Transfer to a container.
Hummus is added on top and stirred.
