Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 pinch Water
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 400 grams tomato
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cups Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sauce, tandoori
  • 10 grams sesame seed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the cauliflower into bouquets.
In a bowl place the flour, beer, water, turmeric, garlic powder, oregano and pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients until you get a cremita and coat the cauliflower in it.
Bake the cauliflower with this batter for 10 minutes, taking advantage of this time to make the buffalo sauce.
In a pan, add the tomato, ginger, soy sauce, tandoori sauce and sugar.
After 10 minutes, turn the cauliflower and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
To finish bathe the cauliflower in the sauce and bake 10 more minutes.
