Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 stick tofu, natural
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

Preparation

Cut the tofu into medium pieces or whatever size you prefer.
Put the pieces of tofu inside a bowl and bathe with the soy sauce. Let it marinate while you prepare an infusion.
For infusion: add olive oil, bay leaf, garlic and sweet paprika. Cook over low heat.
Let the infusion lower in temperature and add the maple syrup. Stir well.
Add the infusion to the bowl where we put the tofu with the soy sauce and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
In a pan, brown the tofu on all sides. When you're ready, pour the mixture that stays in the bowl and let it consume a little.

PRESENTATION

Serve with steamed vegetables or steamed rice.

TIPS

Remember that the tofu if you cook it too dry, try that when browning it does not remain dry.

Rico Creo que use mucha soya porque me quedo más salado que dulce pero igual sabe bien. Excelente!
