Preparation
Cut the tofu into medium pieces or whatever size you prefer.
Put the pieces of tofu inside a bowl and bathe with the soy sauce. Let it marinate while you prepare an infusion.
For infusion: add olive oil, bay leaf, garlic and sweet paprika. Cook over low heat.
Let the infusion lower in temperature and add the maple syrup. Stir well.
Add the infusion to the bowl where we put the tofu with the soy sauce and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
In a pan, brown the tofu on all sides. When you're ready, pour the mixture that stays in the bowl and let it consume a little.
