Ingredients

4 portions
  • 330 grams soy, textured in dry
  • 150 grams vegetable shortening
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 Green Chiles
  • 2 cubes vegetable bouillon
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Soak the soy in 2 liters of hot water with 2 cubes of broth for 30 minutes.
Squeeze the soy well with your hands to remove all the excess water.
In a frying pan fry with the lard, onion, garlic, parsley and chopped green chiles, since they are golden, add the squeezed soy.
Add the orange juice and let fry another 10 minutes without stopping to move.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the tacos with chopped onion and parsley.
