Preparation
Soak the soy in 2 liters of hot water with 2 cubes of broth for 30 minutes.
Squeeze the soy well with your hands to remove all the excess water.
In a frying pan fry with the lard, onion, garlic, parsley and chopped green chiles, since they are golden, add the squeezed soy.
