Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/4 of Cup of pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot juice
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 3 leaves of mint

    Preparation

    Add the pineapple, carrot juice, orange juice, ginger and mint to the blender. Blends perfectly well.
    Strain or serve directly in a glass, enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a glass with a pineapple fan

    TIPS

    If the juice is not strained it is better since the fiber improves the functioning of your intestinal tract.
