Preparation
Blanch the cauliflower in boiling salted water until smooth. Go through cold water to cut the cooking and drain.
In a bowl, place the cauliflower, watermelon, jicama, serrano pepper, cucumber, pineapple, coriander, add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
