Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 piece of cauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 1 Cup of watermelon cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups of jicama cut into small cubes
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper finely chopped
  • 1 piece of cucumber cut into small cubes
  • 1 Cup of pineapple cut into cubes
  • 3 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped
  • 6 pieces of green lemon just the juice
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Blanch the cauliflower in boiling salted water until smooth. Go through cold water to cut the cooking and drain.
    In a bowl place cauliflower, watermelon, jicama, chile serrano, cucumber, pineapple, cilantro, add lemon juice, olive oil, season, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    Enjoy with some toast.
