Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • blue cheese dressing, reduced in fat, to accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
On a board, cut the cauliflower into small bite-size pieces. Place the cauliflower in a large bowl, pour the olive oil on top and mix together with the garlic powder, the paprika, the pepper and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Place the cauliflower on a tray and try to accommodate it all over the surface. Bake for 20 minutes at 190 ° C, do not forget to turn from time to time with a spoon so that the cauliflower cooks evenly.
Once the cauliflower is browned, remove from the oven. Chill slightly.
Serve and accompany with reduced-fat blue cheese dressing.
