The Caesar dressing is a classic, do not limit yourself and prepare it; It is based on Indian walnut mixed with the acidic flavors of lemon juice, the old-fashioned mustard and the rich flavor of garlic. And what better to contain a touch of flaxseed to make this dressing healthier.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons old mustard
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in hot water
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Add to the blender the lemon juice, the olive oil, the old-fashioned mustard, the flaxseed, the Indian walnut, the garlic, season to your liking.
Blend for 5 minutes or until the dressing is perfectly fine.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy salad.

PRESENTATION

Serve the dressing in a glass container and decorate it as you like.
