These delicious chocolate bombs with peanut butter are a snack without sugar that everyone will love. It is suitable for diabetics and for the whole family, it is a way to enjoy chocolate with little sugar.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 50 grams almond, milled
  • 60 grams peanut butter, sugarfree
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted peanut, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 30 grams bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch sea ​​salt

Preparation

In a bowl add peanut butter, peanuts, flaxseed, chocolate and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Add the ground almonds except for 1/2 teaspoon. Incorporate everything until you get a paste with the consistency of mud.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of almond that you reserved and cocoa in a bowl.
Form the balls with the pasta and toss them in the mixture of almond and cocoa.
Cover them with adhesive plastic and refrigerate at least 30 minutes and up to 2 days.

TIPS

You can add a teaspoon of cinnamon to roll the balls.
