Preparation
In a pan put to reduce water with SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener Granulated until 1/4 of its original volume is left. Allow to cool (a transparent syrup will form).
Grind the coconut.
Mix the thick syrup with the cream of tartar and coconut.
Form balls of 2 cm in diameter and bake at 180ºC for 3 minutes.
Place in number 3's caps.
