Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3/4 cups cranberry
  • 2 tablespoons almond
  • 1/3 cups coconut, cool
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut

Preparation

In a food processor add the blueberries, almonds, fresh coconut and grated coconut, process until integrated.
Shape into balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Enjoy.
