Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups dehydrated tomato, for the sauce
  • 4 tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 2 twigs basil, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 6 pumpkins, cut into sheets
  • 5 tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 1 bag Salad, Mix® Eva® (454 g)
  • 3 avocados, cut into slices
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated, to decorate
  • 4 twigs basil, to decorate

Preparation

For the tomato sauce, process all the ingredients until obtaining a paste. Reservation.
In different bowls place the pumpkins, the tomato, the salad and the avocado and mix with the dressing.
In a refractory place a layer of pumpkins, followed by tomato sauce, tomatoes, a bed of salad and avocado. Repeat until the vegetables are finished.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and decorate with basil sprigs.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with parmesan cheese and arugula.

TIPS

Change the wine dressing by the parmesan.
