Preparation
In a pot heat the water add a little salt, when it starts to boil add the couscous.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil and add onion, add the kale, carrots, couscous and fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper. Let cool 5 minutes.
Heat the tortillas in a comal and fill with the previous preparation, add the avocado.
Cut the burritos in half and heat on the grill over medium heat for 1 minute on each side.
Serve with fresh salad.
