These delicious burritos are the ideal choice for a light and nutritious dinner, enjoy its maximum flavor with this filling that will satisfy your craving, comfort yourself without losing your figure.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 curly cabbages, cut into strips
  • 2 carrots, cut into squares
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 avocados, cut into segments
  • 8 flour tortillas, integral

Preparation

In a pot heat the water add a little salt, when it starts to boil add the couscous.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil and add onion, add the kale, carrots, couscous and fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper. Let cool 5 minutes.
Heat the tortillas in a comal and fill with the previous preparation, add the avocado.
Cut the burritos in half and heat on the grill over medium heat for 1 minute on each side.
Serve with fresh salad.
