These cookies are perfect for those who are in a regime to lose weight and want to fulfill a small craving. Since they are made with natural banana and walnut, which provide many vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 bananas
  • 100 grams oats
  • 3 tablespoons walnut
  • 5 envelopes Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon light milk
  • enough spray oil, butter flavor

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Grind the oatmeal in the blender and reserve.
With a fork crush the bananas until you have a puree, add the sugar substitute and mix perfectly.
