An original and very tasty recipe. Try these rich eggs stuffed with mackerel and a touch of black olives.

Preparation
Cook the eggs in a saucepan with water and a little salt. When they are ready, cool them under tap water, peel them, cut them in half and remove the yolks.
In a bowl, mix the shredded mackerel fillets with the egg yolks and a handful of crushed black olives.
Create a paste mixing everything with a fork and fill the half eggs with this mixture, placing them on individual lettuce leaves that we have previously washed.
Cover with mayonnaise and garnish with strips of red pepper and a ring of black olive.
