Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 bell peppers
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 580 grams tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 ° C.
Put a frying pan on the fire with the oil and onion.
When the onion is golden add the ground meat, then stir and let it cook with the two leaves of laurel covered.
When the meat is cooked remove the lid and pour the tomato sauce and season with the spices.
Take the peppers and with the help of a knife remove the lid and the center, then fill them with the meat sauce (previously made), the mozzarella cheese and season with the full seasoning.
Place the lid on your chiles and bake for 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

You can serve your chiles accompanied by a salad.
