Preparation
For the marinade: Place all the ingredients in the blender. Cut the fish into strips and place them in a bowl with the marinade. Mix well so that all the fish is covered with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, this will cause the fish to absorb more flavor.
Heat a pan and add the fish with a little of the marinade. Turn it over with tweezers, taking care not to break the strips. Varnish with the marinade to give it more flavor.
Heat the corn tortillas and spread the refried beans on the tortillas and place the fish strips on top. Accompany with purple cabbage, light mayonnaise and avocado.
