Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 mango, washed and peeled
  • 1 pear, washed and peeled
  • 1 apple, washed, peeled and without heart
  • 1 Kiwi, ripe, washed and peeled
  • 10 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • bee honey, to taste

Preparation

All fruits are chopped and divided into equal proportions to accommodate them in 2 individual bowls.
Above each bowl with fruit we place half of the yogurt, olive oil, salt and honey.
