Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package short pasta, Fusilli cooked according to package instructions
  • 1/2 cups celery, Cut in half moons
  • 1/2 cups whole walnut
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup, Drained and cut into pieces
  • ground pepper
  • 2 cups spinach, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Mint leaf, Finely chopped
  • 1 apple, Chopped ballad with lemon
  • 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation

Mix the celery, walnut and mint leaves, add a little freshly ground pepper and combine it with the pasta.
Add pineapple, spinach, peas and apple.
For the dressing, add the mustard and garlic to the vinegar, little by little, add the olive oil, the salt and the pepper.

PRESENTATION

Place the salad on a platter, bathe with the dressing and offer!

TIPS

You can change the pineapple for the canned fruit of your preference.
