Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices wholemeal bread
  • 200 grams Tuna
  • 50 grams dehydrated tomato
  • 100 grams ricotta cheese
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Add olive oil to the tuna, a splash of lemon juice, oregano and chopped dehydrated tomatoes. Sliced ​​the zucchini very thin and season it with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Mix the ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and parsley.
On 4 slices of bread, spread the ricotta, arrange the zucchini, then the tuna and cover with the other bread. Put in the sandwich maker and brown for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
