For the filling, in a bowl mix the ground beef, scallions, ginger, carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, Eva® broccoli bits, cashew nuts, garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and beef broth; season with salt and pepper until fully combined. In a saucepan over low heat, heat the sesame oil and cook the previous mixture covered for 15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked. Cool and set aside.
