Ingredients

2 portions
  • 5 pumpkins
  • 100 grams Turkey ham
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 100 milliliters cream, low fat
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • parmesan cheese, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Wash and disinfect pumpkins
Grated in long thin strips as if they were noodles.
Cook in boiling water with salt for 5-10 minutes.
Drain.
In a saucepan over low heat add the butter and onion, add a little olive oil so that the butter does not burn.
Add the cream little by little.
Add the mustard and mix.
Add the Oaxaca cheese until melted, ham and season.
Serve the sauce on the pumpkin spaghetti and add Parmesan cheese to taste.
