Because of its high content of omega 3 and antioxidants chia has become one of the favorite foods of many, this red fruit jam with a touch of chia, will complement your mornings for a healthier breakfast.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of blueberry
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry
  • 1/2 Cup of cranberry
  • 1/2 Cup of chia
  • 1 1/2 cups of raw sugars
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 1 piece of star anise
  • 3 leaves of mint
  • enough of toasted bread

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat add the blueberry, raspberries and blueberries, mash ingredients and cook 2 minutes.
    Add water, mashed sugar, chia, cinnamon and star anise.
    Cook until it has the consistency of jam. Let cool and enjoy with toasted wholemeal bread.
