Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, Light
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chives, dry
  • 1/2 teaspoons dill, dry
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice, without seeds
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a bowl mix the natural light yogurt with the parsley, white vinegar, dry chives, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve with carrot, cucumber and jicama veggies and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with carrot, cucumber and jicama veggies.
