Ingredients

10 portions
  • 100 grams cashews
  • 100 grams pumpkin seed, natural
  • 100 grams almond
  • 100 grams sunflower seed
  • 100 grams banana, baked
  • 100 grams peanut, natural or salty
  • 100 grams cranberry , dry
  • 100 grams raisin

Preparation

You just have to mix all the ingredients and keep them in an airtight jar in a cool place.

PRESENTATION

Put a cup of this mixture in your child's lunch box with a little yogurt or fruit or both.
