Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of almond peeled
  • 1 tablespoon of Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 2 spoonfuls of sunflower oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
Toast the almonds for 15 minutes in the oven taking care not to burn.
Add the almonds, the maple syrup, the salt, the ginger, the cinnamon. It takes little time for the almonds to release their oil. For 9 or 10 minutes. Little by little it will be seen how the ground mixture is cream.

TIPS

You can remove the sunflower oil if you wish.
