In a bowl, soak the almonds in water overnight. Strain the almonds and reserve.
In the blender add the almond with the dates, the vanilla essence, the salt and the water. Blend perfectly well to extract all the flavor of the almond.
In a bowl spread a sky blanket and serve what you liquefied, close the sky blanket and squeeze or filter the liquid perfectly well until it is a completely dry paste.
Store the almond milk in a glass container in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
