Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 cups whole-grain rice
  • 3 bars surimi
  • 1 bunch fresh scallion
  • 3 tablespoons light cream
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé
  • 2 carrots
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1/4 white onions
  • oils
  • salt

Preparation

Cut the onion into tiny pieces, fry with little oil for 1 min. Subsequently add the rice and mix constantly, until the rice until golden brown.
Peel and chop the carrot into very small pieces, add to the rice.
Add the water, and put over medium heat, let it cook until it is consumed.
Chop the crab sticks (surimi) into small pieces and add 2 tablespoons of cream.
When the rice is ready, add the crab and mix.
