Lettuce Tacos with Beef Salpicón

During this hot sunny season, there is nothing better than eating very healthy and refreshing dishes such as these lettuce tacos with fillet of beef fillet mixed with tomato, onion, cilantro, a touch of olive oil and oregano. Awesome!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 700 grams beef steak, fat-free
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 head garlic
  • enough Water
  • to taste salt
  • 3 tomatoes, in cubes
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 4 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 4 lemons, cut in half
  • 12 leaves lettuce
  • to taste avocado, to decorate
  • to taste radish, sliced ​​to decorate
  • to taste cambray onion, in half hoops, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot with water, cook the beef filet with the onion, the head of garlic and salt for 1 hour. Let cool, unravel and reserve.
In a bowl, mix meat with tomato, onion, serrano pepper, cilantro, oregano, olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
Place a bit of salpicón on a lettuce leaf, add slices of avocado, radishes and decorate with onion rings. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish accompanied by iced green tea.

TIPS

Prepare the salpicón at the time of consumption, to avoid oxidation of the ingredients. A serving of 3 medium sized tacos is recommended.
