Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Cube McCormick® Cubed Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 paprika
  • 1/2 cups fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • McCormick® Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Blend the Chicken Broth in McCormick® Cubes with the rest of the ingredients.
Use it to garnish salads, cooked vegetables, fish, meat, etc.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass container with a lid so you can store it in the refrigerator.
