We present a delicious recipe for mushrooms, which does not have many calories. It is perfect for those moments where you are taking care of yourself, only you do not want to sacrifice rich eating. Very healthy!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • portobello mushrooms, to taste
  • 1/4 packages light cream cheese
  • 100 grams Turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Remove the stem from the mushrooms Wash them well and put them in the oven 10 min.180º Prepare the filling by mixing the rest of the ingredients except the tender cheese and sauté until golden brown. Remove the mushrooms and fill with the mixture and place a thin loaf of tender cheese on top of each one. Finally put the mushrooms in the oven in grill mode at 180º for 10min.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with salad.

You can substitute portobello mushrooms, for the fungus that you like the most.
