Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken thighs, in fajita style
  • 4 zucchini
  • 4 carrots
  • 15 mushrooms
  • soy sauce, (juice maggi)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • butter

Preparation

Cut the pumpkin, carrot and mushroom into julienne.
Put a little butter in a pan and put them to fry the vegetables, preferably put a lid so that they release their juice and steam them.
When they take 5 minutes, sewing the pieces of chicken are added and the maggi sauce is put a little bit of salt and pepper, it is covered again to finish the cooking.
Sporadically you have to move so that the chicken is cooked evenly and left on medium heat for 20 minutes and ready, served with white rice.
