Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of banana green
  • 1/2 piece of Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • to taste of scallion
  • to taste of coriander
  • 1/4 of Cup of achiote liquid
  • 1/2 Cup of Red wine
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Wash the bananas very well with the help of a brush to eliminate as much as possible all the stains of the shell or shell.
