Prepare this original Zucchini Noodles Eva® salad that replaces carbohydrates in your dish, this mixture of delicious and crispy noodles with Mediterranean ingredients such as fresh cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, cucumber and artichoke hearts mixed with a touch of olive oil. olive and served with a Greek ranch dressing based on yogurt that will drive you crazy.

  • enough of Water
  • 2 Clams of Noodles by Zucchini Eva® 300 gc / u
  • 1 Cup of yogurt for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder for the dressing
  • 1/2 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped, for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of fennel finely chopped, for dressing
  • 3 spoonfuls of yellow lemon juice for the dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of Parmesan cheese for the dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato of colors, cut in half
  • 1 Cup of fresh basil leaf
  • 1 piece of cucumber cut in half, with shell
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion filleted
  • 1/2 Cup of artichoke heart cut in half
  • 1/4 of Cup of feta cheese fallen apart
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over medium heat with water and salt until it boils. Cook the Zucchini Noodles Eva® for 3 minutes. Place in water with ice to stop cooking, strain and reserve.
    For the dressing, liquefy the yogurt with the garlic powder, the onion powder, the parsley, the fennel, the lemon juice, the parmesan cheese, the milk and season with salt and pepper.
    In a bowl mix the Zucchini Noodles Eva® with the tomatoes, the basil, the cucumber, the onion, the artichoke, the cheese, a little olive oil, salt, pepper. Serve with the dressing.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve your salad in a salad bowl and bathe with dressing.
