Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 200 grams Double cream cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • 16 corn tortillas
  • oils
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Place chicken, onion and bay leaf in a casserole with water. Bring to a boil until it boils and cook for 20 minutes.
