First, disinfect and wash the fruit, mint, and cucumber thoroughly, as they will come into direct contact with the water. Slice the cucumber with the skin on, and do the same with the lemon. For the grapefruit, you have two options: the first; leave it with the skin and in slices. This may make the water even more bitter. If you prefer, just add the supremes, which means the segments without the white part covering them. Place everything in a pitcher with water, ice, and mint leaves. Let it steep overnight before you start drinking it.
