Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo mushroom, filleted
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 10 grams epazote
  • 5 cups vegetable broth
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan place the tablespoons of coconut oil and finely chopped garlic . Let it brown a little.
Add the onion and mushrooms. Once the mushrooms release their juice, add the epazote branches and the vegetable broth.
Spice the soup to taste and serve hot.
