Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 boat greek yogurt, without sugar and without conservatives

Preparation

We begin by placing a liter of milk in a pot, and bring it to a simmer until it is heated to a temperature that allows to introduce a finger for 5 seconds without burning. At that moment, we removed the milk from the fire, and we incorporated the portion of yogurt nimbly. If we want a more creamy and creamy consistency, we can add a spoonful of milk powder.
We pass this mixture to a suitable container, that has a lid and a hermetic seal.
We will leave our homemade yogurt in there, covered by a dish towel and in a warm, dry place, for about a day.
After this time we take the product to the refrigerator, reserving a portion to use the next time we make our own homemade yogurt. The storage time is 10 to 15 days.

Serve with fruits at breakfast

TIPS

Leave in an airtight mold in the kitchen oven tightly covered until the next morning.

si quiero hacer mas de un litro tengo que agregar mas yogurt o el mismo litro me sirve para la cantidad que quiera preparar?
