Preparation
In a pot with water cook the nopales with salt and baking soda, until they are cooked. Let cool and reserve.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil, add the onion, the tomato, the serrano pepper and cook until they change slightly in color, add the cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes. Reservation.
On a small board fill the nopales with cottage cheese and close with small skewers. Reservation.
For the sauce, in a comal roast the tomatoes, the onion, the chile serrano and the garlic.
Blend the above, season with salt.
Serve the previous sauce on a plate and place the taquitos of nopales on top, decorate with cilantro.
