Ingredients

10 portions
  • 20 nopales cambray
  • 1 stick goat cheese
  • 1 package Salmon
  • to taste spicy chili sauce, of tree

Preparation

The nopales are roasted on a grill.
Goat cheese is spread on 10 nopales.
The salmon is placed on top of each previously pricked nopal and covered with another cactus each.
Finally in each sandwich put a little sauce of chile de árbol to give them a spicy touch.
