Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups Oikos Yoghurt Greek Style, for the glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for the glaze
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract, for the glaze
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup almond, chopped
  • 1 cup cranberry
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 40 grams butter
  • 1/3 cups raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation

Lightly grease a baking sheet, reserve.
In a bowl, mix the oats, almonds, blueberries and chia.
In a pot, melt the butter, honey and the fly. When it melts, integrate the vanilla extract.
Pour the liquid mixture over the oat mixture, and mix only until it becomes moist.
Empty the mixture in the tray, and press to compact.
Allow to cool in the refigerator for 2 hours and cut the bars.
Meanwhile, prepare the Glaze, mix all the ingredients, it should be liquid but not too much.
Cover the top of the bars with the yogurt and let them drain a little. Let them dry for 1 hour and enjoy.

pregunta Cuanto se pinw de miel porque en kis ingredientes no lo mencionan pero en el procedimiento si

Es sólo una pregunta ¿Cuánto es de miel? no dice la receta.
