Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup oats
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups walnut
  • 1/2 cups cranberry , or raisins
  • to taste cinnamon powder
  • enough Water

Preparation

Wash the oatmeal before cooking it, once washed add it in a saucepan add water; the necessary to cover it and put it to boil.
When it is boiling, add the brown sugar and sprinkle the ground cinnamon. Boil another 7 min or until thick.
Remove from heat, wait for it to cool to add 1/2 cup of walnut, 1/2 cup of blueberries or raisins.
Serve in small glasses

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with any fruit in season, it is cold.

TIPS

You can substitute brown sugar for 1 can of condensed milk or the sweetener of your choice.
