Reduce your carbohydrate intake with this oriental-style "rice" cauliflower. It has broccoli, chamomile onion stems, edamames and it is stewed with soy, lemon juice and orange that you will surely love.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 cauliflower big
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 6 cambray onions in slices including stems
  • 2 carrots in cubes
  • 2 pumpkins in cubes
  • 1 Cup of broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1 orange just the juice
  • 2 green lemons just the juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Clean the cauliflower and separate medium pieces. Process in a food processor until finely chopped, taking care that the consistency is fluffy like rice. Reservation.
In a deep frying pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Cook the onion until it is transparent and add cauliflower, carrots, squash and broccoli.
Cook the preparation for about 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the soy sauce, the orange and lemon juice and integrate very well. Cook until all the vegetables are "al dente". Serve and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and decorate with sesame.

TIPS

You can cook the cauliflower in the oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes instead of in the pan.
