Preparation
Clean the cauliflower and separate medium pieces. Process in a food processor until finely chopped, taking care that the consistency is fluffy like rice. Reservation.
In a deep frying pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Cook the onion until it is transparent and add cauliflower, carrots, squash and broccoli.
Cook the preparation for about 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the soy sauce, the orange and lemon juice and integrate very well. Cook until all the vegetables are "al dente". Serve and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
