Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough Water
  • to taste salt
  • 2 Clams of Noodles from Zucchini Eva®
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups shrimp
  • 3 cambray onions, sliced
  • 1 cup soybean sprouts, washed and disinfected
  • 2 tablespoons peanut, finely chopped
  • to taste fresh coriander, To present
  • to taste sauce, bittersweet, to present
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the Eva Zucchini Noodles for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl of water and ice to cut the cooking. Drains
In a bowl place the Eva Zucchini Noodles and mix with the lemon juice, cayenne pepper, muscovado sugar, fish sauce, and season with salt and pepper.

Con los 5 minutos de cocción de lo camarones quedan si recocidos, quedó mejor al poner primero los cacahuates y la cebolla primero, cuando la cebolla este sofrita agregar el camarón y el germen
