Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 2 slices panela cheese
  • 1 egg
  • spray oils
  • 1 cup tomato, washed
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander, washed and disinfected
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 tablespoons serrano pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil

Preparation

Crush Kellogg's® Ancient Grains Granola; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins in the food processor.
Beat the egg and pass the slices of panela cheese and then cover with the Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains Granola; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins.
Spray a hot skillet with vegetable cooking spray and cook the breaded slices of panela cheese.
For the sauce: in the blender, blend the green tomato, cilantro, serrano pepper, garlic, onion and season with salt and pepper. Put a little oil in a pot and pour the sauce. Cook it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Serve the slices of panela cheese along with the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with corn tortillas and roasted nopal

TIPS

You can roast the tomato, onion and garlic from the sauce on a comal to give it more flavor.
