Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo mixed vegetable
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • to taste spice
  • to taste salt
  • 6 cups Vegetables soup

Preparation

Make a mix of your favorite vegetables and cut them.
Add the onion and garlic.
First sauté the aromatics for about 5 minutes or until they are soft.
Stir little by little the vegetables so that they are impregnated with the flavor and aroma of the aromatics, then add a little salt, and if you like, at this point you can add dried herbs or cumin or dried chilli flakes, etc.
Add the broth cups, cover the pot and let it simmer (20 minutes). Then, try and if necessary rectify the seasoning.

PRESENTATION

If you left over cooked rice or pasta, you can add it to your soup.
