Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 Portobello mushroom, large without stem
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, for pasta
  • 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • black olives, cut into slices
  • mushrooms, cut into squares
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven 190 degrees
Place the portobello on a baking sheet and put it in for 5 minutes.
Remove it and add the sauce, the cheese, the olives, the garlic and the mushrooms.
Put it in the oven for 20 more minutes or until the cheese is completely melted
